Pam is very easy to work with, very diligent and thorough, very responsive to any changes that I throw her way... friendly, as well as accountable. She always finishes the tasks I set out for her in a timely fashion, and if there are any changes she always communicates with me and finds the quickest resolution. I find it amazing that all I have to do is give her something to do and she runs with it. She needs very little direction for she seems to always know how to work through any situation.... Stress? I don't think this woman knows the meaning of it. I have thrown some pretty difficult tasks and assignments her way and she has proven time and again her ability to work through them.
